The company was founded in Pecica, Arad County. The founder Mr Zabos Stefan started exporting wood logs. |

| 1998 | During this period the land with the hall area was purchased Woodworking, while restoring the log cutting area.. | |
| 2000 | Upgraded and renovated the 3 halls for bringing new equipment to Woodworking. | |
| 2002 | Year was beneficial for continuous development and expansion of the production of new finished solid wood products. | |
| 2004 | Mr. Zabos Stefan applied the idea of producing 100% massive wood furniture on the principle of offering quality at an uncompensated price to please the customers | |
